Senior International Payroll Specialist - EMEA & APAC

• Collect and manage payroll data for multiple countries in EMEA and APAC, ensuring timely and accurate submission to external payroll providers.
• Review and audit payroll results for accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Partner with Finance and People & Culture teams to drive excellence in payroll administration and provide exceptional employee support.

This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries, directly supporting employee satisfaction and operational efficiency, which enables Workiva to focus on its mission of bringing confidence and control to complex organizations.

• 4+ years of experience in international payroll operations, preferably in a public company.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in international payroll.
• Experience with multi-national payroll operations and knowledge of local practices.
• Experience with Workday and CloudPay is highly valued.
