Mission

What you will drive

  • Identify and evaluate funding opportunities, providing strategic guidance to Mission teams on alignment.
  • Conceptualize, prepare, and submit concept notes, proposals, reports, and other communications materials.
  • Manage a portfolio of institutional funders, serving as liaison and informational contact between EDF and funding entities.
  • Contribute to accurate funder and income/projections information in Salesforce database.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree may substitute for up to two years of experience.
  • Minimum eight years of demonstrated success in non-profit fundraising, including securing and stewarding awards from institutional funders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Deep knowledge of priorities, trends, and donor requirements in institutional funding arena.
