Mission

What you will drive

  • Administer day-to-day HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, offboarding, and compliance.
  • Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations including investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Manage recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, and maintain HRIS/ATS systems.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of related HR work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, wage & hour laws, compensation, benefits, and payroll regulations.
  • Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office, video conferencing, and HRIS/ATS/Payroll platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, mediation, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
