Senior HR Advisor

• Advise and coach leaders and line managers on HR policies and processes, driving a culture of high performance and engagement.
• Manage complex case work including disciplinary, grievance, sickness, flexible working, and exits.
• Lead and support HR projects focused on integration and evolving the HR function across L&D, performance, talent, and engagement.
• Provide data insights through reporting and analysis to inform business decision making.

This role supports the growth and success of a joint venture dedicated to unlocking the value of offshore wind, contributing to the global transition to renewable energy and a sustainable future.

• Deep HR Generalist skillset including management of flexible working, maternity leave, complex case work, ER, and exits.
• Experience working in fast-paced agile environments, self-starter with autonomy.
• Proven ability to develop and lead project work with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with confidence to advise senior stakeholders.
