Mission
What you will drive
- Advise and coach leaders and line managers on HR policies and processes, driving a culture of high performance and engagement.
- Manage complex case work including disciplinary, grievance, sickness, flexible working, and exits.
- Lead and support HR projects focused on integration and evolving the HR function across L&D, performance, talent, and engagement.
- Provide data insights through reporting and analysis to inform business decision making.
