Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

• Write, review, and maintain code primarily in Ruby (Rails + Hotwire) to bring automation to solar development, solar value evaluation, and loan servicing systems.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipeline for rapid, well-tested deployments.
• Collaborate with Product team to identify high-leverage solutions and shape architectural philosophy.
• Establish team processes and technical direction as the company grows.

This role directly accelerates the deployment of solar energy, helping businesses, municipalities, and schools save money while reducing carbon emissions. Each solar system offsets hundreds of thousands of pounds of coal burned annually.

• 5+ years of experience designing and building high-quality backend systems.
• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and familiarity with Hotwire, Heroku, AWS, CircleCI.
• Excited about cleantech and building systems for energy asset assessment and management.
• Strong team ethos and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
