Senior Financial Administrator

• Coordinate financial management of multiple grants from municipalities, government ministries, international organizations, and private foundations.
• Prepare financial reports for donors and oversee budgeting for projects and fundraising.
• Manage internal accounting for the whole organization in cooperation with external accountants and auditors.

This role ensures the financial sustainability of Artists at Risk (AR) and Ecologists at Risk (ER), enabling the organization to continue relocating and supporting artists and cultural professionals at risk worldwide.

• Strong experience in grant management and financial administration.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (especially Sheets/Excel) and ability to learn new IT systems.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; independent thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and enthusiasm for building an international network.

Remote work with flexible hours (50% full-time or more). Shared office facilities in Lapinlahti, Helsinki. Salary proposals to be submitted with application.
