Senior Finance Manager

• Steward Rockwood's financial operations with accuracy, efficiency, and timely responses, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and credit card administration.
• Lead the annual audit process, ensuring smooth completion with no findings, and oversee tax filings and compliance.
• Produce accurate financial reports, collaborate cross-team, and serve as financial lead for fiscally sponsored projects.

This role ensures the financial health and transparency of an organization that trains leaders for equity, liberation, and sustainability, directly supporting movements for social change.

• Extensive experience overseeing all facets of nonprofit finance, including systems like QuickBooks, Ramp, and Salesforce.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume detailed financial work with consistency and minimal errors.
• Strong communication skills with a teaching mindset, patience, and ability to balance fiscal policies with organizational values.
• Experience managing staff and contractors, and working in a values-driven nonprofit environment.

Salary: $100,000 annually.
