Senior Field Scheduler (Remote)

• Develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution phases of solar, battery storage, and high voltage substation projects.
• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers, supporting their personal and career development.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and buy-in.
• Monitor progress, perform what-if analysis, and propose corrective actions to keep projects on track.

This role ensures the timely and efficient delivery of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, accelerating the transition to renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience, with prior scheduling in an EPC environment required.
• High proficiency with P6 software required.
• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong ability to read plans and specifications, and thorough knowledge of construction methods and CPM scheduling.
