Senior Environmental Scientist

• Oversee and prepare Federal, State, and local environmental permit applications and NEPA/EO 215 environmental review documents for major infrastructure projects.
• Manage consulting projects to scope, schedule, and budget; serve as interface with clients and regulatory personnel.
• Mentor junior and mid-level staff; coordinate field data collection and wetland delineations.

This role ensures that major infrastructure projects comply with environmental regulations, minimizing ecological harm and promoting sustainable development in New Jersey.

• Senior-level experience in environmental permitting and NEPA review for transportation/infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in wetland delineations, Land Use permitting, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong project management, client interface, and business development skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office/remote schedule based in Piscataway, NJ.
