What you will drive
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and workforce priorities, providing strategic guidance on sourcing strategies and labor-market conditions.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for experienced and technical roles, from intake through offer acceptance, including proactive sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on optimizing recruiting tools, systems, and the overall candidate experience.
- Support initiatives that strengthen and promote a consistent employer brand within the talent marketplace.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on experienced engineering and environmental consulting roles.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and deliver results in a consultative recruiting model.
- Proven success sourcing and closing hard-to-find technical and professional talent.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies; strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
