Senior Engineer, Core Infrastructure (Remote, US)

• Build and maintain core cloud infrastructure including networking, data services, and reusable building blocks using CDK/Terraform.
• Enhance cloud infrastructure security by partnering on vulnerability management, patching, secrets hygiene, and network segmentation.
• Manage identity and permissions, CI/CD platform, observability, and developer experience to enable safe and fast code deployment.

This role directly supports the largest residential virtual power plant in North America, enabling customers to save energy and money while promoting cleaner energy for everyone.

• 5-10+ years of experience with strong software engineering background in Python, Java, or Go.
• Deep production cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; expertise in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD systems, identity/access management, and operating production systems.
