Senior Director, Product Marketing

• Lead platform and portfolio narrative: evolve the unified storage platform story into a clear, outcome-driven value proposition aligned to hybrid cloud, data modernization, cyber resilience, and AI readiness.
• Own go-to-market strategy for the storage portfolio: develop and execute GTM strategies including messaging, positioning, and integrated launches for VSP One midrange, high-end, and SDS offerings.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration: partner with Sales, Partners, and Product Management to deliver actionable messaging, enablement, and market insights.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, building repeatable frameworks and establishing KPIs to measure impact.

This role shapes how Hitachi Vantara positions its data infrastructure solutions, enabling customers to achieve incredible outcomes with data, from powering the Las Vegas Sphere to driving AI and hybrid cloud innovation, ultimately helping businesses automate, optimize, and innovate for positive societal impact.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing for enterprise B2B technology, software, and/or services.
• Expertise in data infrastructure, storage, hybrid cloud, and/or AI/analytics markets.
• Great storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical innovation into clear, compelling narratives.
• Executive presence and experience working with senior leadership; strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Expected base salary: $185K to $275K; expected on-target earnings: $240K to $350K. Eligible for bonus/variable/commission pay programs.
