Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the organization's institutional fundraising strategy, building and managing a portfolio of foundation and institutional partnerships.
- Craft proposals in collaboration with program leaders to align funder priorities with USofCare initiatives.
- Manage grant timelines, reporting requirements, prospect research, and budget coordination.
- Grow unrestricted support and expand the grant portfolio from $3-4 million to $6-8 million over 3-5 years.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience with increasing responsibilities, minimum 8 years in foundation relations.
- Track record of managing a diverse foundation grant portfolio ($4M+) and stewarding 20+ concurrent funder relationships.
- Deep experience in grant writing, budget proposals, and proposal development.
- Experience with fundraising CRMs (Raiser's Edge preferred) and G Suite; willingness to adopt AI tools.
