Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the modernization of MarTech systems, reducing technical debt and ensuring product maturity.
- Manage a high-performing team of 3-5 application architects, developers, and a business analyst.
- Own the technology stack enabling Membership, Marketing, and Communications teams to achieve fundraising, recruitment, and advocacy goals.
- Oversee the MarTech Governance Committee and intake/triage process to align initiatives with organizational priorities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent with at least 12 years of technology and application development experience; Masterโs may substitute for up to 2 years.
- 7+ years of experience leading and developing a technical team.
- Demonstrated experience designing and operationalizing governance frameworks (e.g., RACI, MOCHA) in cross-functional environments.
- Experience with digital platforms including CMS, email marketing, and e-commerce; strong preference for online fundraising and advocacy.
