Mission
What you will drive
- Design and execute key strategic initiatives to accelerate business outcomes at scale.
- Lead cross-functional program management across Tech, Marketing, and Global Operations.
- Develop operational tools (dashboards, roadmaps, resource planning) to focus efforts on highest impact.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing PMO team of 4 program managers.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 12+ years in Enterprise PMO and/or Transformation leadership roles (10+ with advanced degree).
- 5+ years leading strategic operations teams and programs at scale.
- Proven track record guiding B2B SaaS organizations through rapid growth (ideally $500M+ to $1B+ revenue).
- Strong conflict management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
