Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and grow the organization's development infrastructure, including pipeline management, budget forecasting, CRM, and management systems.
- Work with senior leadership to develop and implement a fundraising strategy that increases unrestricted funding and moves from project-based to multi-year institutional support.
- Advance a multi-channel cultivation strategy to strengthen pipelines, engage major donors, activate board networks, increase institutional support, and expand corporate engagement.
- Expand the Innovator's Circle and partner with program leadership to leverage research capacity for funding opportunities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of leadership experience in fundraising, partnerships, or development, ideally in policy, philanthropy, think tanks, or mission-driven organizations.
- Demonstrated success in securing six- and seven-figure commitments from foundations, corporations, or major donors.
- Experience managing fundraising pipelines with CRM systems, forecasting, and pipeline coverage discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate complex policy into compelling funding opportunities.
Benefits

Salary range: $190,000-$215,000.
