What you will drive
- Lead the development and implementation of the regional revenue-generating strategy for fee-for-service contracts and regional philanthropy.
- Manage the Business Development team to drive new business, renew and expand partnerships, and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to create compelling proposals and content that align with NTC's mission.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 12+ years of related experience, including writing professional grants/reports for large funders/partners.
- 5+ years of people management experience with direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business, finance, or education preferred; master's degree preferred.
- Strong project management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
