Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the strategy, growth, and evolution of E3n’s admissions assessment portfolio, including ISEE, SSAT, test prep, and future blended admissions solutions.
  • Define product roadmaps, investment priorities, and sequencing aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Research & Innovation, Enterprise Data & Insight, technology, design, and operations teams.
  • Own financial performance of the admissions portfolio, including margin contribution and investment effectiveness.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 12+ years of experience with at least 7+ years managing products, programs, or portfolios.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in educational assessment, admissions testing, or edtech environments preferred.
