Mission
What you will drive
- Achieve fundraising and recruitment goals for community and donor-based fundraising efforts, including peer-to-peer events like Moving Day and galas.
- Identify, solicit, cultivate, and steward donors to secure individual and campaign gifts up to $10,000, and collaborate with Major Gifts Officer for larger gifts.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage high-level volunteers and committees to support fundraising events and chapter growth.
- Plan and execute fundraising events, managing logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and participant engagement.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of fundraising or event experience, preferably in a non-profit organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, database management (e.g., Raiser's Edge), and spreadsheet management.
- Excellent presentation, oral/written communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to relate well with diverse populations.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously; comfortable with phone communication and digital platforms.
