Senior Development Manager, TNKY Chapter

• Achieve fundraising and recruitment goals for community and donor-based fundraising efforts, including peer-to-peer events like Moving Day and galas.
• Identify, solicit, cultivate, and steward donors to secure individual and campaign gifts up to $10,000, and collaborate with Major Gifts Officer for larger gifts.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage high-level volunteers and committees to support fundraising events and chapter growth.
• Plan and execute fundraising events, managing logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and participant engagement.

This role directly improves the lives of people with Parkinson’s disease by raising critical funds for care and research, and by building a supportive community across Tennessee and Kentucky.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of fundraising or event experience, preferably in a non-profit organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, database management (e.g., Raiser's Edge), and spreadsheet management.
• Excellent presentation, oral/written communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to relate well with diverse populations.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously; comfortable with phone communication and digital platforms.

Competitive salary range of $65,000-$70,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Remote position with preference for Nashville or Knoxville markets.
