Mission
What you will drive
- Lead individual giving strategy and expansion within the Great Plains Region, managing a portfolio of 100+ major and principal donor prospects.
- Identify, qualify, solicit, and steward donors to secure gifts ranging from $5,000 to $100,000+.
- Support professional development of Chapter fundraising staff through coaching and modeling.
- Collaborate with Regional Director on budgets, advisory boards, and corporate/foundation partnerships.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years of fundraising experience, preferably in a nonprofit.
- Proven experience managing a large giving portfolio with major donors ($5,000–$100,000).
- Strong track record of closing face-to-face sales and securing sponsorships.
- Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge or similar donor management software highly desirable.
