Senior Designer, Corporate Communications

• Design and produce a wide range of corporate communications assets including presentations, reports, newsletters, and digital signage.
• Contribute to and iterate on the internal design system, scaling templates and component libraries.
• Translate complex corporate briefs into clear, visually compelling narratives while managing multiple high-priority projects.
• Act as a trusted creative partner to corporate communications teams, managing project queues and priorities independently.

This role ensures that Workiva's corporate communications are visually compelling and consistent, helping the organization build trust with stakeholders and effectively communicate its mission of bringing confidence and control to complex organizations.

• 6+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio across presentations, editorial, or report design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience working within brand or design systems and producing executive-level materials.
• Ability to manage a busy workload independently and iterate quickly based on feedback.

Salary range in the US: $106,000.00 - $172,000.00. Discretionary bonus typically paid annually, Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire, 401(k) match, and comprehensive employee benefits package.
