Mission
What you will drive
- Design and build automation frameworks for always-on lifecycle journeys and dynamic campaign execution across B2B and B2C.
- Own the technical integration and reliability of core CRM and data platforms (Braze, SFMC, Amplitude, HighTouch, Redshift).
- Build the technical foundation for fast, reliable A/B testing across lifecycle programs.
- Define and document technical standards, integration logic, and data flow architecture.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Significant hands-on experience building CRM automation systems, MarTech integrations, or marketing data infrastructure.
- Deep practical experience with Braze and/or other modern customer engagement platforms.
- Strong SQL skills for data pipeline work, audience queries, and integration troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience integrating MarTech platforms (Redshift, Amplitude, HighTouch, or similar) and building with APIs and webhooks.
