Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide legal counsel to SB Energy's cross-functional teams, supporting growth in datacenter, solar, battery storage, and new technology segments.
  • Support project and corporate financing, including construction debt, tax equity, and equipment financing.
  • Negotiate and draft acquisition structures, real estate agreements, power purchase agreements, EPC and O&M agreements.
  • Manage outside counsel and advise on legal issues across development and operations.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • JD from a leading law school and licensed to practice in applicable state.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience at a major law firm or sophisticated in-house legal department.
  • Significant experience in renewables transactions, focusing on M&A, real estate, or project development and finance.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
