Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager

• Own a portfolio of corporate partnerships, developing long-term strategies that deepen engagement and increase philanthropic investment over time.
• Design customized partnership strategies that align partner business objectives with DonorsChoose's mission.
• Lead complex cross-functional execution across Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, Finance, Impact, and Communications.
• Strengthen team capability by sharing successful strategies and mentoring newer teammates.

This role directly supports teachers and students in underserved communities by securing corporate funding for classroom resources, helping to close the educational equity gap in the United States.

• 8+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, strategic account management, fundraising, business development, consultative sales, customer success, or relationship management.
• Proven success securing and managing complex six- and seven-figure corporate partnerships.
• Exceptional ability to build trust with senior leaders and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 (higher in certain cost-of-labor locations: $100,000 - $120,000). Benefits include 25 paid vacation days, 11 paid holidays, employer-paid health plan, matching 401(k) up to 5% of base salary, annual professional development stipend, and a casual, flexible work environment.
