Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and lead the training strategy, framework, roadmap, and approach for a large-scale statewide technology modernization initiative (Metrik).
  • Assess training needs, design scalable training approaches, and define training deliverables (e.g., instructor-led training, e-learning modules, job aids).
  • Coordinate training content development, implementation, and effectiveness measurement, partnering with change management and rollout teams.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience, including 4+ years in a consulting firm environment and 5+ years client-facing experience with 2+ years in project leadership.
  • Experience leading training strategy and implementation for large-scale technology, data, or enterprise system implementations.
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Public Health, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and excellent facilitation and communication skills.
