Senior Consultant - Social Value

• Lead social value across multiple infrastructure projects, developing strategies to deliver client social value objectives.
• Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track and assess performance against social value targets.
• Oversee production of client-ready social value reporting and manage day-to-day client relationships.
• Develop new work-winning opportunities, including business development and proposal preparation.

This role ensures that major infrastructure projects deliver measurable social value, benefiting communities through employment, education, and social enterprise partnerships.

• Proven experience in consultancy or client organization with a focus on social value work.
• Knowledge of Public Sector Services Act 2012, PPN 001 & PPN002, and related legislation.
• Experience writing social value tender submissions and leading work-winning activities.
• Strong project management skills, data analysis (Excel, Social Value Portal TOMs, Thrive), and excellent communication skills.
