What you will drive
- Lead high-complexity projects on biodiversity, nature dependencies/impacts, TNFD/SBTN, net gain, and nature-positive pathways.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure excellence in delivery.
- Develop client relationships and grow the pipeline.
- Drive cross-selling with other ERM teams: M&A, Climate, ESG, Pollution Prevention.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5–8+ years of experience in biodiversity, nature positive strategy, net gain and ecological impact assessment, or similar fields.
- Strong knowledge of TNFD, SBTN, biodiversity credits, and nature-related regulations.
- Proven commercial drive and experience with industrial or financial clients.
- Fluency in French and professional English.
