Senior Connections Associate

• Prepare all Transmission connection offers, incorporating technical design, and manage/negotiate commercial terms for bespoke contracts/agreements.
• Manage the key interface with the National Energy System Operator (NESO) and customers for transmission connection agreements.
• Ensure timely and quality connection offers are submitted to meet business obligations and customer expectations.
• Provide management and regulatory reporting on the connection process and stakeholder engagement activities.

This role directly supports the delivery of the transmission network required for Scottish and UK Government 2030 and Net Zero targets, accelerating the transition to renewable energy and a sustainable future.

• A qualification in Engineering, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Legal, or another related discipline.
• Proven track record of delivering outcomes in a commercial or regulatory environment.
• Strong influencing, presentation, and communication skills; ability to negotiate and build relationships.
• Project management skills with experience coordinating tasks and managing deadlines.
