Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and conduct high-fidelity CFD analyses for thermal-hydraulic behavior in reactor core, vessel, heat exchangers, and balance of plant systems.
  • Design, model, and analyze thermal hydraulic systems, performing engineering analyses including thermal, fluid, safety, manufacturability, and cost.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define design requirements and provide technical feedback to quick-iterating design teams.
  • Document work using modern tools and write well-written technical reports.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in nuclear, mechanical, or aerospace engineering.
  • Proficiency with STAR-CCM+, ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM, Nek-5000, or equivalent.
  • Core competencies in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics first principles.
  • Experience with data processing (pre-processing, post-processing, scripting).
