Senior Client Manager – Industrial Environmental & Water Services

• Lead strategic business development efforts with industrial clients, helping them solve complex water, wastewater, reuse, sustainability, and environmental challenges.
• Build executive-level relationships, identify opportunities, guide account strategies, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions that create measurable value.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, expand client relationships, and drive growth of the Industrial Sector across North America.

This role helps industrial clients solve complex water and environmental challenges, improving sustainability and operational performance, thereby contributing to cleaner water, safer environments, and healthier communities.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, account management, consulting, engineering, or related professional services supporting industrial clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Demonstrated success developing and growing relationships within industrial manufacturing organizations.
• Experience selling services related to industrial water treatment, wastewater management, water reuse, environmental compliance, sustainability, engineering consulting, treatment operations, or capital project delivery.
