Senior Campaigner for Mother Forward

• Design and drive Mother Forward’s national campaigns to win affordable childcare and paid family leave.
• Lead federal campaign strategy, integrating organizing, communications, and advocacy.
• Oversee grassroots organizing, leadership development, and member engagement to scale participation.

This role directly advances affordable childcare and paid family leave policies, building power with moms to create systemic change for working families across the United States.

• 5-10+ years of experience leading campaigns, organizing, or advocacy work.
• Proven ability to design and win campaigns in complex environments.
• Experience managing teams and developing leaders.
• Deep belief in people-powered change and experience building grassroots movements.

Salary: USD $90,000 / year. Full-time, exempt position. Remote work. Addition is committed to equity and inclusion.
