Senior Business Analyst

• Serve as the intermediary between business stakeholders and the Product Delivery team, proactively communicating and collaborating with both sides.
• Drive and challenge business representatives on their assumptions to ensure successful execution of plans.
• Identify, elicit, and manage business requirements, ensuring they align with business processes and the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with the Functional Architecture team and Product Delivery team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered appropriately.

This role enables the standardization and optimization of laboratory business processes across global locations, improving efficiency and quality in testing services that support life sciences and environmental health.

• Strong demonstrable skills in building business process models.
• Strong facilitation and listening skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.
• Excellent English language skills (spelling/writing) and strong communication skills.
