Senior Business Analyst

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation across multiple programme workstreams.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business processes, challenges and priorities.
• Produce and maintain Business Requirements, User Requirements, process maps and supporting documentation.
• Apply BPMN 2.0 to model and analyse business processes and operational workflows.

This role supports the delivery of business-critical solutions in forensic case management and DNA LIMS, directly contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of forensic investigations and justice systems.

• Experienced Senior Business Analyst with a track record in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process modelling (BPMN 2.0), and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with distributed delivery teams across UK, Europe and nearshore locations.
• Knowledge of forensic case management, DNA LIMS or expert reporting is beneficial.
