Senior Bargaining Coordinator

• Support local unions' collective bargaining efforts and contract campaigns, including leading larger contract negotiations such as first contracts and multi-employer efforts.
• Train and develop leaders in collective bargaining practices and contract campaign best practices.
• Craft strategies and training programs for local union leaders related to collective bargaining, first contracts, and contract campaigns.

This role strengthens worker power by supporting collective bargaining and contract campaigns, helping to secure fair wages, benefits, and working conditions for union members, thereby advancing economic and racial justice.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in organizing workers and unions, with progressive mastery.
• Minimum 5-7 years of negotiations experience, especially in labor, including first contracts and contract campaigns.
• Proficiency in union membership growth strategies, racial justice integration, and leadership development.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and collaboration skills; ability to supervise senior staff and manage multiple priorities.
