What you will drive
- Own and evolve Lime’s Atlassian platform as a scalable, well-architected system supporting critical business workflows.
- Assess and improve platform architecture, configurations, workflows, permissions, and data structures to reduce complexity and improve usability.
- Define and implement practical governance standards for platform structure, access management, and operational best practices.
- Lead hands-on engineering work across Atlassian products and connected systems, including configuration, automation, integrations, migrations, and platform optimization.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of experience in administering and engineering Atlassian tools in a complex Enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise designing, configuring, and scaling Atlassian products, with strong knowledge of platform architecture, governance, permissions, workflows, automations, and operational best practices.
- Strong experience managing large scale Atlassian implementations, migrations, or standardization efforts across multiple teams or business functions.
- Proven ability to architect scalable and maintainable solutions that balance business flexibility with long-term operational sustainability.
