Mission
What you will drive
- Facilitate and execute core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee documentation
- Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and processes
- Support employee lifecycle activities, employee relations, and HR initiatives such as performance cycles and engagement surveys
- Analyze data and trends to support HR and business decision-making, and identify opportunities to improve HR processes

What makes you a great fit
- Typically requires a Bachelorโs degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage sensitive information with discretion, and sound judgment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS platforms; comfortable working with data and generating reports
