Senior Associate, HR Business Partner

• Facilitate and execute core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee documentation
• Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and processes
• Support employee lifecycle activities, employee relations, and HR initiatives such as performance cycles and engagement surveys
• Analyze data and trends to support HR and business decision-making, and identify opportunities to improve HR processes

This role supports the growth of EVgo's workforce, enabling the company to expand its EV charging network and accelerate the transition to electric vehicles, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting sustainable transportation.

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage sensitive information with discretion, and sound judgment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS platforms; comfortable working with data and generating reports

Estimated salary range: $81,300 - $101,600 USD annually. Discretionary target cash bonus, restricted stock units, comprehensive benefits including health, life, disability insurance, unbounded paid time off including parental leave, and 401(k).
