Senior Associate Director, Global Energy Transition Initiative

• Lead and coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams for the solar industry association initiative, ensuring strong relationship management and strategic quality.
• Develop and refine the Renewable Energy and Storage Industry Association Strategy, aligning with global and regional market dynamics.
• Serve as the primary coordination point for solar associations, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead funder engagement, including preparation of briefings, reports, and coordination of funder communications.

This role accelerates the global transition to clean energy in emerging economies, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, creating jobs, improving public health, and providing affordable power.

• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience, including 7+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience working with trade associations and/or at the intersection of public and private sectors for clean energy.
• Highly experienced in strategic planning, project oversight, and budget management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills, with ability to work across global teams and time zones.
