Senior Analyst, Powertrain

• Build and update finite element models of electric propulsion engine assemblies using ANSA.
• Run linear static analyses in Nastran and support nonlinear analysis tasks in Ansys.
• Post-process results in Meta, generate plots and summary tables, and maintain traceability of analysis inputs and outputs.
• Collaborate with design and loads teams to incorporate design changes and prepare sections of analysis reports.

This role directly contributes to the development of an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, advancing sustainable air mobility and reducing carbon emissions in aviation.

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• 2–4 years of FEA experience on structural assemblies, including meshing in ANSA or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Nastran for linear static analysis and familiarity with results post-processing in Meta, FEMAP, or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and clear communication abilities.
