Senior AI Controls Solutions Engineer (Electrical Systems)

• Use Phaidra's platform and tools to put AI into production for enterprise data center customers, creating facility models and mapping tag data.
• Work with product team to identify and define product requirements based on customer specifications.
• Analyze and triage systems in the support phase, and assist in scaling automated tools across thousands of customers.

This role directly contributes to reducing energy consumption and improving efficiency of industrial facilities through AI-powered control systems, helping combat climate change by optimizing energy use in data centers and other industrial settings.

• 10-15 years of work experience as a controls engineer, programmer, or equivalent.
• Expertise in Power Distribution Systems in Data Centers and general knowledge of systems they power.
• Ability to read and write Python scripts.
• Experience programming control systems with PLC, ladder logic, text, or block programming languages.
