Job description
- In this role, you'll provide strategic and technical guidance on AI loss of control contingency planning, safeguards, and high-consequence incident preparedness.
- Lead research on emerging AI capabilities, risks, and potential loss-of-control scenarios.
- Assess technical and institutional approaches for preventing, detecting, and mitigating high-consequence AI incidents.
- Identify gaps in existing safeguards and recommend additional technical or governance measures.
- Convene expert discussions and workshops while translating research into actionable policy recommendations.
