Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to closing, focusing on value-based selling to compliance, ESG, procurement, and sustainability leaders.
- Educate and consult customers on EUDR regulations and how TradeAware supports scalable compliance.
- Manage complex stakeholders including C-level decision-makers and drive pipeline growth through outbound initiatives.
- Collaborate with GTM teams and represent TradeAware at events to drive thought leadership.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS or solution selling experience, ideally with exposure to ESG, compliance, logistics, or supply chain domains.
- Proven success in closing complex deals with enterprise clients across Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, value-based selling, and MEDDPICC.
- Ability to translate complex technical products into compelling business value for senior stakeholders.
