Mission
What you will drive
- Draft, review, and coordinate SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, DEF 14A, registration statements) and manage the end-to-end filing process.
- Prepare and file Section 16 reports (Forms 3, 4, 5), maintain EDGAR Next accounts, and administer insider trading compliance.
- Support corporate governance by maintaining policies, committee charters, board materials, and director onboarding.
- Administer securities trading policies, evaluate preclearance requests, and support stock administration processes.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Undergraduate degree and 4+ years of relevant securities, corporate governance, public company, or law firm experience.
- Experience supporting SEC filings, Section 16 filings, proxy statements, or public company governance.
- Proficiency with EDGAR, EDGAR Next, Shareworks, Computershare, Monday.com, or Workiva software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot) and strong judgment with confidential information.
