SEC Reporting Consultant

• Model XBRL mapping using applicable taxonomy, selecting appropriate line item concepts, axis, and members.
• Tag values in financial statements, notes, and schedules with identified concepts.
• Review accounting policies, statements, notes, and schedules to identify related accounting standards concepts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to advance company training and standardize changes.

This role ensures accurate and transparent financial reporting for complex organizations, helping them maintain trust and compliance with SEC regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience, preferably in a CPA firm or financial reporting environment.
• Strong U.S. GAAP acumen and understanding of financial reporting.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high-quality standard.

Salary range in the US: $68,000.00 - $108,000.00. Discretionary bonus typically paid annually. Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire. 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package.
