Seasonal Community Organizer (Full-Time, Temporary)

• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, faith-based organizations, and local partners in historically undercounted populations.
• Execute outreach strategies including volunteer recruitment, canvassing, phone banking, and community events.
• Track and report outreach activities and metrics accurately and in a timely manner.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers to develop long-term community leadership.

This role directly engages historically undercounted populations in civic processes, ensuring their voices are heard in elections and redistricting, thereby strengthening democratic representation and equity.

• Demonstrated interest in community organizing or civic engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across diverse communities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database tools.

$1,000 per week (paid biweekly), healthcare coverage with Fair Count contributing 60% of monthly premium. Seasonal position through November 6, 2026.
