Season Fundraiser.

As a Season Fundraiser, you will:

• Identify and secure potential donors and grants to support Swift Sports Organisation's programs.
• Develop a long-term fundraising strategy and write project proposals (e.g., for a piggery project to sustain sports activities).
• Engage with international funding sources to raise funds for women, youth, and children's projects.

This role will directly support single mothers, disadvantaged youth, and children in Uganda by securing sustainable funding for sports and community programs that promote health, unity, and positive change.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience working with Community Based Organizations (CBOs) at an international level.
• Proven track record of securing funds for projects supporting women, youth, and children.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop fundraising strategies.

This is a short-term contract position (2-3 months). Compensation details are not specified in the posting.

Swift Sports Organisation (SSO) is a community-based organization in Uganda that started with four single mothers and now runs netball and football clubs for different age groups. It aims to empower single mothers, disadvantaged youth, and girls through sports and community programs.
