Development Partner

• Identify and secure funding from donors and grants to support organizational projects.
• Develop long-term fundraising strategies and write project proposals (e.g., piggery project to sustain sports activities).
• Engage with international partners and manage relationships with potential donors.

This role directly supports single mothers, disadvantaged youth, and children in Uganda by securing resources for sports and community development programs, fostering health, unity, and positive change.

• Professional experience in project implementation and fundraising.
• Experience working with community-based organizations (CBOs) at an international level.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to secure funds for projects supporting women, youth, and children.
