Scoping Analyst

• Own and deliver core SaaS implementation scoping activities, translating customer needs into accurate effort estimates, project timelines, and finalized Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Address minimally ambiguous scoping challenges by evaluating factors and applying company policies to determine appropriate actions for standard implementations.
• Build and maintain productive internal relationships across Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to align on project scope.
• Independently manage and prioritize routine scoping work while providing guidance to newer team members.

This role enables organizations to implement Workiva's platform effectively, helping them navigate uncertainty, maintain trust, and make decisions that stand up to scrutiny, ultimately contributing to more transparent and accountable business practices.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years experience in professional services, pre-sales, scoping, implementation, or technical consulting within the SaaS industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact confidently with managers and senior contributors across departments.
• Ability to evaluate varied factors, exercise sound judgment, and independently prioritize work.

Salary range in the US: $78,000 - $124,000. Discretionary bonus typically paid annually. Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire. 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package.
