Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Own and lead the RMI Salesforce ecosystem in partnership with Development, Corporate Engagement, and Influence Teams
- Provide technical and strategic leadership for Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce integrations to support fundraising, programs, communications, finance, and operations
- Serve as a cross-functional technical leader driving CRM strategy, system optimization, data integrity, process improvement, and Salesforce integration architecture
- Lead end-to-end project management for all Salesforce enhancements including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch adoption

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Demonstrated experience owning CRM strategy and driving user adoption
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and reporting
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise system integrations
- Workday implementation and integration experience (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors)
- Experience with building API calls to Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency with scripting/coding languages including Apex and R
