Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the RMI Salesforce ecosystem in partnership with Development, Corporate Engagement, and Influence Teams
  • Provide technical and strategic leadership for Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce integrations to support fundraising, programs, communications, finance, and operations
  • Serve as a cross-functional technical leader driving CRM strategy, system optimization, data integrity, process improvement, and Salesforce integration architecture
  • Lead end-to-end project management for all Salesforce enhancements including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch adoption

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Demonstrated experience owning CRM strategy and driving user adoption
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and reporting
  • Experience designing and supporting enterprise system integrations
  • Workday implementation and integration experience (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors)
  • Experience with building API calls to Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
  • Proficiency with scripting/coding languages including Apex and R
