Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as a product expert within the Commercial team, understanding utility client needs and pairing them with technical or service solutions.
- Conduct discovery with prospective and existing clients on business requirements and pain points.
- Work with Product team to design solutions that deliver compelling ROI, and architect improvements to proposal, contracting, and delivery processes using AI and automation tools.
- Facilitate customer feedback to inform the product roadmap and convey the value of EnergyHub's platform to clients and prospects.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in technical, enterprise software sales, product management, or related client-facing work.
- Energy industry experience preferred, particularly in energy asset aggregation or utility programs.
- Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience with platform integrations, APIs, data transfers, and data fluency with SQL or Python, Cloud BI tools, and AI agents preferred.

Base salary range $100,000 - $115,000, with uncapped variable compensation target of $34,000 (OTE target $149,000).
