Mission
What you will drive
Your responsibilities in the first 6โ12 months:
- Be the first point of contact for prospects and create interest around ecoplanetโs offering
- Identify the right opportunities and prequalify companies before inviting them to a demo
- Take ownership in refining sales scripts and templates making sure to guarantee relevant customer conversations
- Ensure top CRM maintenance, data integrity and complete AE handovers

Profile

- Relentless drive to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to handle rejection and turn โnoโ into โyesโ
- Sharp communication skills (German Level C2 required)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast change - startups are your thing
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) a plus
