Mission

What you will drive

  • Coordinate and manage the full sales proposal process, including quotation generation and commercial documentation.
  • Support Sales and Key Account Managers in structuring competitive bids, developing pricing models, and financial analyses.
  • Maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems, generate forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Product Management to ensure competitive offers.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, commercial finance, business development, or program management.
  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and ERP tools.
  • Native Italian and very fluent English (C1/C2).
