Mission
What you will drive
- Coordinate and manage the full sales proposal process, including quotation generation and commercial documentation.
- Support Sales and Key Account Managers in structuring competitive bids, developing pricing models, and financial analyses.
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems, generate forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Product Management to ensure competitive offers.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, commercial finance, business development, or program management.
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and ERP tools.
- Native Italian and very fluent English (C1/C2).
